chili cook off

Our culinary professional students recently took on the challenge of researching and developing their own chili recipes. Whether drawing inspiration from traditional dishes, incorporating meaningful family recipes or creating something entirely original, students demonstrated impressive creativity and thoughtful decision-making throughout the process. This hands-on project also deepened their understanding of ingredient selection and flavor development. Each team then presented their chili to a panel of four judges, three teachers and one student, who evaluated the entries based on taste, texture, aroma and overall presentation. Congratulations to our winning team: Ivan, Bently and Saul! Were proud of all the students for their hard work, innovation and culinary skills
